| For vertical menu fix, it's in the instructions, you need to add _ct_menu_horizontal as module class suffix in your menu module |

| I can do it, add class="menu ct_menu_horizontal" at div menu. You can edit by template manager (Edit main page template). Sorry if my English not well |
