The index file has material (constant values) which override the CSS file. Remarkably unprofessional from people who insist on placing their links on the template. #right and #left is misleading in the CSS files. Users will take it for the sidebars, but actually these mean margins on the sides of the body. People who makes templates should have at least the basic knowledge about Joomla procedure and the User's intuitive perception.
