Is it possible to change the "Menü" name to something else? If so, where?

The menu button seems inactive...it does not provide me with the menu items I set up in the menu manager.

ALSO, there is some strange scroll bar that is overtop of my top menu...any idea on how to get rid of this?

Is there any way to remove the last line -

from the template? I can't read the code - it's in another language and part of it needs to be decoded to understand it - I have tried everything I can think of. I love this template.

Articles are overlapping my menu and i only have about 4 menu items right now. In IE, the menu javascript bombs as well.

Tried getting the umlaut off the u in "menu" but was unsuccessful.

I don't think you can remove the last line:

my menu is a list one on top of the other as well. Any help why it's not like the preview?

I was successful getting rid of the umlaut. As Michael said, the Menu box is "a PNG-image. It's in the images/buttons-Folder of the template." So you just unzip your template, go in the image/buttons folder, open the .png image in GIMP, erase the umlaut, and then go to CPanel > File manager, and replace the menu.png in your template folder in your FTP.
that's all!
